What We’re Looking For 1 year of apartment or general maintenance experience HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred Working knowledge of: Plumbing (including copper pipe work) Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches) Appliance repair Carpentry, drywall & painting Water heater systems (gas & electric) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on-call rotation Why Choose Monarch?
