New Grads Considered - J Edward Staffing is currently seeking a
- Physical Therapist for - the largest dedicated outpatient
physical and occupational therapy provider in the U.S. with over
1500 facilities and - 27+ brands. Location: Harrison, Arkansas
Compensation: - Up to $50 an hour Patient Population: -Outpatient -
Benefits: - Completion bonus ( based on attendance and timeliness
during contract). $3000 for a 13 week contract. 36 hours guaranteed
Start Immediately No floating Day Shift - 8 holidays off yearly -
Job Summary: As a -Physical Therapist, you will have the exciting
opportunity - to provide top-notch physical therapy services to -
patients in Harrison, Arkansas. - You will work closely with
patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment
plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help them achieve
their goals. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable
experience working in various clinical settings while exploring new
locations and communities. - Qualifications: Valid license to
practice as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas Outpatient experience
preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based
practice in physical therapy. Excellent interpersonal,
communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to new
environments and work independently with minimal supervision. BLS
Required - - AHA or ACS accepted Valid driver's license and
reliable transportation. - Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities,
limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Patient load is 60 patients
a week Successfully complete one week of training and be ready to
take a full caseload - the second week Develop individualized
treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and
physician recommendations. Implement therapeutic interventions,
exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength,
flexibility, and overall functional status. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal
outcomes. Educate patients and their caregivers on proper
techniques, exercises, and strategies for maximizing function and
preventing injury. Document patient evaluations, progress notes,
and treatment plans accurately and in accordance with facility
policies and regulatory requirements. 90% of locations use the
Raintree EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams,
including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate
patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Stay current with
advances in physical therapy research, techniques, and technology
through continuing education and professional development
opportunities. Adhere to ethical and professional standards,
including maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding the
code of conduct for physical therapy practice. Exude -
professionalism and integrity in all interactions with patients,
