Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to leverage their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting activities, including monthly close processes, financial reporting, and system improvements. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Sage Intacct, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. This position requires 5 years of relevant experience in the Accounting and Finance industry. Why join us? Responsibilities 1. Perform monthly close procedures, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. 2. Manage financial data in Sage Intacct and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. 3. Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and financial modeling. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting procedures and improve financial reporting. 5. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 6. Conduct regular ledger maintenance and account reconciliation. 7. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information and answering auditors' inquiries. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance across all financial functions. 9. Provide support in budget preparation and financial planning processes. 10. Act as a key point of contact for accounting and financial inquiries, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders. Job Details Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry. 3. Proficiency in Sage Intacct, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. 4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory standards. 5. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. 8. Proactive problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement. 9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 10. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus. 11.
