• Accounting degree
• 1+ year of experience
• Strong excel skills (vlookups, pivots, IF statements, etc)
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and work at a high level in a team oriented environmentSome Job Functions will include:
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports
  • Expense analysis
  • Journal entries related to daily, weekly, and monthly activities

    • Skilled with ERP systems
    • BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
    • Spreadsheet and database capabilities
    • Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
    • 1+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
    • The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
    • Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
    • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
    • Bank Account Reconciliation experience preferred
    • Account reconciliation experience
    • Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
    • General familiarity with Daily Reconciliation
    • Experience with bank reconciliations
    • Background working with VLOOKUP
    • Strong familiarity with Balance Sheet Reconciliation
    • Fixed assets experience highly preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Credit Card Reconciliation
    • Practical knowledge of Fixed Asset System
    • Adeptness in cash reconciliations
    • Previous experience working with Expense Analysis
    • Earlier work involving Pivot Table
    • Good understanding of journal entries
    • Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
    • Competent with spreadsheets and databases
