Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC
Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible
for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential
and/or commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer
service. Our company provides 24/7 service, so flexibility and
on-call availability are essential. Schedule: Regular hours:
MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM On-call rotation required (24/7
service operation) Primary Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and
maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Perform
preventative maintenance and routine system inspections Respond to
service calls promptly, including after-hours emergency calls as
scheduled Clearly explain system issues and repair recommendations
to customers Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company
policies and industry standards Maintain a professional, clean, and
presentable appearance while representing the company
Qualifications: Previous HVAC service experience preferred Strong
troubleshooting and mechanical skills Excellent customer service
and communication skills Professional and presentable demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Valid drivers
license and acceptable driving record Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in various
environments, including attics, basements, rooftops, and outdoor
conditions Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended
