Employer Workplace Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you
will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for
maintaining the property, including but not limited to: Responding
to service requests promptly and efficiently Performing pool care,
landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance daily
Completing turnkey work in vacant apartments Coordinating with
vendors and the Community Director for housekeeping and repairs
Ensuring the maintenance shop is organized and stocked Being
on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service Utilizing HVAC
experience to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Qualifications:
HVAC or EPA certification required and preferred, with demonstrated
experience in HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Pool operation and
maintenance experience preferred Minimum 3 years of related work
experience preferred Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects
of appliance repair, basic competency in electricity,
refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and
irrigation systems Physical ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs,
bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods Join Us
