The Role This position plays a key part in the pre-construction team, responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of civil sitework projects. The successful candidate will prepare take-offs, review technical specifications, analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing, and support tender submissions from inception through to award. Projects typically include site clearance, grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, and related groundworks. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure clear, competitive, and comprehensive proposals. Why Join?
