Job Description Job Description We are seeking HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the South Austin, TX area Working Interviews with Weekly Paychecks HVAC Certified is a MUST! Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call Pay Rate: $20-25/hr - PAID WEEKLY Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician are: Possess strong experience in the following tasks: Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority Perform routine preventive maintenance Assist with grounds Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements: Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Call or text to apply!
