This includes overseeing the sales team, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics, and ensuring the achievement of financial and performance goals. The role involves leading team meetings, coaching the counter staff, and handling all reports. Responsibilities Lead and manage all branch departments, including sales, customer service, and fleet maintenance. Oversee logistics and ensure the achievement of financial and performance goals. Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to counter staff. Handle all branch-related reports and documentation. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with no Saturdays. The current team comprises 13-15 reports, with a goal to grow to about 20. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Little Rock, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $97000.00/yr. Company vehicle with gas card.
