What You'll Do You'll be the link between the office and the field — coordinating crews, materials, and schedules so projects stay on track. It's fast-paced, detailed work that keeps everything moving. Key Responsibilities Schedule and oversee roofing crews, deliveries, and inspections. Keep job files, contracts, and permits organized. Update project info in our management system. Communicate with homeowners about timelines and progress. Track materials, labor hours, and job costs. What You'll Bring Strong organization and follow-through. Experience in construction admin or scheduling (preferred). Comfort juggling multiple projects at once. Team player who can stay calm when plans change.
