Responsibilities: Provide professional and courteous customer
support via phone, email, and/or chat. Assist customers with
inquiries, concerns, or account-related questions. Maintain
detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal
systems. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
regarding customer needs or concerns. Adhere to company policies,
procedures, and service standards. Requirements: Fluent in both
English and Spanish (verbal and written). Previous experience in a
customer service or client support role. Must be open to part-time
work; full-time hours may be available but part-time availability
is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure. Comfortable
working with computers and navigating multiple systems. Dependable,
self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a
team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a bilingual customer
