continuous learning THE PERSON: Manufacturing Technicians operate
and maintain machinery, ensuring safety and compliance by adhering
to industry standards. Must identify and troubleshoot equipment or
process-related issues, possess strong problem-solving skills, and
collaborate effectively with other technicians. Expected to
participate in initiatives to improve processes, enhance
efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing environment. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Operating and maintaining machinery:
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for setting up,
monitoring, and adjusting equipment in accordance with established
procedures and guidelines. They must also perform routine
maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime. \n Ensuring safety
and compliance: They must follow safety protocols, including
wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a
safe working environment. They are also responsible for adhering to
industry standards and regulations. Ability to left at least 25lbs
\n Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Must identify and
troubleshoot any equipment or process-related issues. They must be
resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills to ensure that
issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. \n Collaboration
and teamwork: Manufacturing You must be able to effectively
communicate and work together with other technicians, operators,
and engineers in the production process. \n Continuous improvement:
You are expected to participate in initiatives to improve
processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste in the
manufacturing environment. \n Relevant experience in manufacturing
or production settings is often preferred. Key skills for this role
include technical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving
abilities, and effective communication. \n PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: \n
Familiar with all ATE test hardware (Logic Testers, Handlers, Load
Boards, & Sockets) \n Proficient in the operation of ATE equipment
suchs as testers and handlers \n Familiar with electro-mechanical
equipment \n Familiar with Active Thermal Control (ATC) practical
application \n Experience working with engineering labs and/or high
volume manufacturing test facilities \n Some linux experience \n \n
