We’re looking for a CMMS Maintenance Planner to support our
Maintenance Department and help keep our distribution facility in
tip top shape. You’ll be the go-to expert for scheduling
preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing spare
parts, and ensuring our CMMS data stays accurate and up to date.

Running: Play a critical part in keeping our equipment and facility
at peak performance. Hands-On Coordination: Manage spare parts
inventory, schedule repairs, and support the maintenance team every

Connect: Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and vendors to
keep everything moving. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate, plan, and
schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance within the
CMMS. Build efficient work packages (kitting) for upcoming repairs
and projects. Create and manage purchase orders for parts and
services; track invoices and vendor communications. Maintain and
organize MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving,
issuing, and cycle counting. Keep CMMS data accurate — from assets
and job plans to parts and vendor information. Generate and analyze
maintenance reports to support leadership and compliance goals.
Follow up with vendors, coordinate emergency repairs, and keep the
team updated on work order progress. What We’re Looking For 2 years
of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS
management. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking
abilities. Experience working with parts inventory, purchasing, or
vendor management. Comfortable working independently and making
sound decisions. Clear and professional communication skills, both

30.00 to 35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our
