Ideal Candidate: Experienced in fitness equipment repair, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade Able to work independently & problem-solve with minimal supervision Committed to professionalism, quality work, and strong customer service Available during business hours with flexibility for occasional travel Physically strong & able to lift up to 200 lbs safely Values-driven & fits well in a structured, professional team culture Position Summary: As a Part-Time or Full-Time Fitness Equipment Installer & Technician (PT Tech), you will be responsible for: Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment. Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional. Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently. Providing top-tier customer service at commercial and residential sites. Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses. This is a hands-on technical role that requires experience, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field). Must be able to work on your own when starting. Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred) High School Diploma or GED Professional appearance & strong communication skills Ability to lift 200 lbs & pass an annual PT test Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited) Smoke & vape-free workplace Work Schedule & Pay Minimum 15 hours per week available, MondayFriday (business hours) Some Saturday & full days out-of-town work (20% - 30% out of town) Pay: $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience after probationary period All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before being considered for employment.
