Job Description Job Description Facilities Manager - Direct Hire (Onsite) Salary: $85,000-$95,000 Location: Fully Onsite Hiring Through: LHH Direct Hire About the Role LHH is partnering with a client seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and long-term planning for their onsite facilities. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at vendor management, and takes pride in creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. This is a fully onsite role supporting a high-visibility, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, repairs, safety compliance, and building functionality. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service agreements, and performance expectations. Coordinate tenant improvements, office moves, renovations, and space planning initiatives. Ensure facilities meet all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Develop and manage facility budgets, operating costs, and capital improvement projects. Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs. Lead emergency preparedness planning, response procedures, and building security coordination. Partner with internal stakeholders-including leadership, technology teams, and business units-to support organizational needs and operational continuity. Oversee procurement of equipment, furniture, and facility-related supplies. Manage work orders, service requests, and project documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or a related discipline. Proven experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience coordinating moves, tenant build-outs, or space planning is a plus. Work Environment & Schedule Fully onsite role -this position requires daily in-person presence. Standard business hours: Monday-Friday . Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional support.
