Job Description:
At Golden Bear Packaging Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled
Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Engineering &
Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring operational
efficiency by maintaining our machinery and equipment used in
creating innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. The
successful candidate will handle preventative maintenance,
troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement
projects during weekends, allowing for minimal disruption during
regular operational hours. Perform routine and preventative
maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Document
maintenance activities and generate reports on issues and
resolutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain
a clean work environment. Work closely with the engineering team to
implement continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the
installation of new equipment and systems. Strong mechanical and
electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic and
pneumatic systems. Ability to read and understand technical manuals
and schematics. Proficient with maintenance tools and equipment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with
OSHA safety standards and regulations. Medical Insurance Dental
