Job Description:
You will be the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Our team is
responsible for delivering high?quality components for missile
systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Supplier Quality
Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring supplier?delivered
hardware meets stringent performance and safety standards. You will
support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop
and execute supplier quality plans and audits. Lead root cause
analysis and corrective action implementation for non?conformances.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance
with missile system requirements. Drive continuous improvement of
supplier processes and performance metrics. Provide technical

location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a
facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must
be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance. Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a secret security
clearance - Bachelor’s Degree in STEM discipline or equivalent
combined education/experience - Have advanced knowledge of quality
systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving,
troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills -Experience
performing floor support functions and making appropriate quality
decisions -Presentation experience and ability to communicate
technical data -Experienced in dealing with receipt of supplied
product or dealing with a supply base relative to Quality assurance
activities - Well versed in GD&T, interpreting drawings and
standards - Experienced in using various inspection measurement
tools - Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work with and around
explosives Desired skills - Experienced in working with suppliers
on quality assurance needs - Manufacturing environment exposure and
process improvement experience preferred - Defense contractor or
military contractor experience desired - Working knowledge of SAP
or Apriso preferred - Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA's, other
Root Cause and Corrective action processes - Experience in
Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control
methods preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
