1 year of RN experience in a hospital clinical setting
preferred.

Current Arkansas RN licensure or Current State Compact
Licensure
BLS Current
NRP within 6 months of employment
ACLS within 6 months of employment
Completion of a neonatal critical course within 6 months of
employment

Education
Graduation from accredited school of nursing
BSN preferred
