The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:Must be fully licensed or be actively working toward independent licensure in the state of ArkansasLPC, LCSWMust be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visitsExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated a history of professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clientsAdvantages:Strong rates to maximize your incomePaid holidaysPTO upon hirePaid orientationHealth/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insuranceMalpractice insurance providedPaid time offAdditional advantages include student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUsResponsibilities and Duties:Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client careAssist with support groups, as assigned, if necessaryKeeps all required documentation current: 90-day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirementsIf the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian monthly (minimum)Plans and administers therapeutic treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problemsDirects case management assigned to patients.About Life Strategies Counseling Inc.
