Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Ultrasound Tech in Edmond, OK, working
3p-1130p with a dedicated Ultrasonography team. Perform general
ultrasound, Doppler, vascular, and echocardiography procedures,
including breast imaging. Review patient requisitions, develop
high-quality images, and conduct daily quality control checks.
Manage supplies, sterilization, and equipment preparation, ensuring
compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications include current
ARRT certification (must obtain within 90 days if not already),
ability to acquire RDMS, RDCS, or RVT within 12 months, CPR
certification within 90 days, and effective communication skills.
Experience with sterilization, patient care, and knowledge of
safety standards preferred. Position involves exposure to
chemicals, biological hazards, and variable physical demands,
including working in dark rooms and handling moveable
equipment.
