Medical Director to oversee its new and innovative outpatient
centers dedicated to Seniors in Little Rock, Arkansas! Job
Highlights: - Leadership, Outpatient Primary Care position only -
Dedicated Administrative and Clinical split throughout the week -
Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (NO extended hours or
weekends) - Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus
and build relationships with their patients - Full supportive care
team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each
patient - Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology -
State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located
directly within the community Benefits: - Employed, Full-Time
Position - Compensation model includes base salary and bonus - Full
malpractice coverage with tail - Medical Benefits (including
retirement) - CME - PTO Qualifications: - M.D. or D.O. graduates -
Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
(required) - Have at least one (1) year experience in progressively
responsible administrative or management-related position in a
primary care environment - Have experience supervising providers
and clinical staff with a demonstrated record of success - Previous
experience working within a managed care or value-based environment
