About The Position We are seeking a General Surgeon for a 17-day locum tenens assignment in North Dakota. This opportunity starts on Aug 15, 2025, involving day shifts in a clinic setting from Monday to Friday, with night and weekend on-call duties. The ideal candidate will engage in both clinic responsibilities and OR time, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Job Details - Location: North Dakota - Start Date: Aug 15, 2025 - LOA: 17 days - Provider Type Needed: General Surgeon - Schedule: - Monday: Clinic 8am-5pm Night call - Tuesday: Clinic 8am-5pm Night call - Wednesday: 8am-Noon OR Time, 1pm-5pm Clinic Night call - Thursday: All OR time 24 hour call - Friday: Clinic 8am-5pm Night call - Weekends: 24 hour call Responsibilities and Duties - Conduct surgical procedures meeting the highest standards of patient care. - Manage clinic hours providing pre and post-operative consultations. - Participate in on-call rotation including night and weekend calls. - Ensure full utilization of the Epic EMR system to document patient interactions and surgical outcomes. Additional Information - Board Certification in General Surgery required. - Active North Dakota medical license necessary. - Proficiency in Epic for electronic medical records.
