Job Description:
Job Description RunLab® is revolutionizing healthcare for active
patients. Founded in 2013, we are a high-energy clinic specializing
in biomechanical assessment, movement retraining, and active
rehabilitation. As we expand in the Austin area, we’re looking for
a Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic, forward-thinking
team. At RunLab Physical Therapy we treat patients of all ages and
abilities—runners and non-runners alike—and have worked with
everyone from gold medal Olympians to patients with M.S., Cerebral
Palsy, and a host of other movement disorders. We help our patients
achieve better movement and function through personalized, active
rehabilitation. We believe that every person’s movement patterns
are as unique to them as their fingerprint, and we lean heavily on
an active approach to care and individualized plans. Position
Details: We’re seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy for both our
North and South Austin locations for full-time, part-time, or PRN.
Whether you're a new grad or an experienced provider, we’re
committed to training the right candidate in our biomechanical
assessment and rehab methods. Running experience is not required,
but a passion for exercise and an active lifestyle is preferred, as
our clinic caters to an active population. What We Offer: 1:1 Time
with Patients: You’ll have dedicated 1:1 time with your patients!
If you're frustrated with juggling multiple patients at once or
rushing through new appointments every few minutes, our dedicated
1:1 approach will be a perfect fit for you! Mentorship: New team
members will receive hands-on mentoring for the first 6 months to
help you get comfortable with our unique approach and develop your
skills. Complimentary Running Analysis: As an employee, you’ll
receive a complimentary Movement Analysis, allowing you to better
understand biomechanics and apply your learning to your patients'
needs. Employee Discounts: Enjoy exclusive discounts with local
retailers on shoes, supplements, and lab testing to enhance your
own health and wellness. What We’re Looking For: A Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) who is excited to treat active patients and
is passionate about movement and rehabilitation. Someone eager to
grow professionally and learn new skills, especially in
biomechanical assessment and movement retraining. Ability to work
independently and as part of a close-knit team. A positive,
energetic personality with a sense of humor and a genuine passion
for helping people move better and live better. Willingness to work
in North Austin and/or South Austin Why Join RunLab? At RunLab, our
team motto is FAST, FUN, and SMART , and it’s more than just a
slogan: it’s the foundation of everything we do. Here's what each
of those values means to us: FAST: We move quickly but not at the
expense of quality. From the moment a patient walks through our
doors, we take action to assess, diagnose, and implement a
personalized rehab plan. We pride ourselves on being efficient,
delivering results, and adapting to our patients’ needs at every
stage of their journey. We also embrace a fast-paced work
environment, where there’s always something new to learn and
challenges to conquer. FUN: We believe that work doesn’t have to be
a grind. We keep things lighthearted and enjoyable because we know
that when you’re having fun, you're more engaged, creative, and
productive. Whether it’s cracking a joke during a session,
celebrating patient milestones, or collaborating with colleagues,
we foster an atmosphere where joy and enthusiasm are contagious. We
work hard, but we also make sure to enjoy the process and the
people we work with. SMART: Being smart isn’t just about
intelligence—it’s about being strategic, thoughtful, and
resourceful. We focus on working smarter, not harder, by using
evidence-based methods, staying on top of the latest research, and
applying our collective knowledge to give patients the best care
possible. Our approach is proactive and methodical, ensuring that
we’re always thinking critically and making informed decisions that
lead to better outcomes. If you’re ready to be part of a team
that’s truly making a difference in patients' lives—helping them
move better, feel better, and live better—RunLab is the perfect fit
for you. How to Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to
