ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR
for a travel nursing job in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Job
Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Start
Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8
hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Registered Nurse -
CVOR Job Details: • On-call required with weekday nights (2 days
depending on staffing) and every third weekend
(Friday/Saturday/Sunday) • Work in a 13-operating room facility
averaging 650 cases per month • Cases include General Surgery,
Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, ENT, Urology,
and Gynecological procedures • Utilize advanced technology
including DaVinci Surgical Robot, Navigational Spinal and ENT
surgery, and Hybrid OR for advanced vascular procedures • Provide
direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team •
Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and
evaluate patient care through Shared Governance model • Collaborate
with interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote evidence-based
care • Graduate of accredited school of nursing with ADN required,
BSN preferred • Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in
good standing required • Minimum 3 years of experience preferred •
Travel experience highly preferred • BLS required, ACLS and PALS
encouraged but not required • Cerner charting system experience
preferred • Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents,
adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics • Float to Main Hall when
required • Must be able to read, write, communicate effectively,
and have basic computer knowledge Facility: This healthcare
