Job Description - Location: Mountain Home, AR -
Specialty/Setting: Nephrology - Position Type: Hospital-employed -
Structure: Outpatient & Inpatient - EMR: - Hospital - Cerner -
Clinic - ECW - Start Date: 60-90 days - Patient Volume: Varies -
Other Info: - Join an existing, busy practice with 1 Physician and
2 APRNs - Will utilize local 20-chair dialysis center. Currently,
approximately 85 dialysis patients - Call includes 10 days a month
and 1:2 weekend call. In finding the right person to join our team,
weekend call will be reduced to 1:3 - Single Hospital Affiliation -
Job Requirements: - Must be BE/BC in Nephrology - Will accept out
of state physicians willing to get licensed in AR - J1 and H1B Visa
Sponsorship - Compensation: - Base - $370,000 - Quarterly
production bonus - Benefits: - Commencement Bonus - $40,000 -
Relocation Assistance - $10,000 - Potential for Education
Assistance - As a non-profit, Baxter Health is eligible for the
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program - Retirement Plan -
