Administration Overview: The Site Medical Director is responsible
for overseeing urgent care operations at two locations, ensuring
the delivery of exceptional patient care, safety, and clinical
standards. This role includes managing a diverse healthcare team,
tracking performance metrics, and working closely with executive
leadership to advocate for the needs of both patients and
providers. Candidates must hold board certification in Emergency
Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine, possess leadership
experience, and have relevant clinical certifications within a
dynamic community health network. Job Details: We are in search of
an innovative Site Medical Director to guide clinical services at

communities we serve. Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership
and oversight for urgent care services at two locations. Maintain
high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and safety in
line with our mission. Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary
team, including physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).
Track clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores
to implement improvement initiatives. Act as a liaison between
medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for patient care
and provider needs. Position Profile: Board Certified in Emergency
Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Current
certifications in BLS, ACLS, and DEA. At least 1 year of leadership
experience. Annual patient volume: 22,000. Average daily visits:
60. Double coverage model in place. Shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM, 8 AM - 8
PM. Utilization of EPIC EMR with Dragon Dictation. Company
