patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and
treatments with precision. Participate in the development and
modification of care plans in collaboration with other health
professionals. Educate patients and their families on illness and
injury prevention and managing health conditions. Monitor, record,
and communicate patient conditions as appropriate using
computerized documentation systems. Ensure a compassionate
professional environment for all patients and staff. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Adept at multitasking,
prioritization, and time management Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency with healthcare technology and
electronic health records Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
