Shift Overview: This position is for a skilled Registered Nurse who
will work night shifts in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our
facility. The nurse will be tasked with delivering comprehensive
critical care, which encompasses assessment, planning, and the
execution of tailored patient care in line with established
protocols. Candidates must possess an accredited nursing degree, a
valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrate
proficiency in hospital-specific procedures. Discover your purpose
with us! Position Details: Experienced RN (1 year ) sign-on bonus
of up to $15,000 Full-Time, Night Shifts, 36 hours per week
Location: Our facility on W Memorial Rd Unit: ICU New Graduates are
not being considered at this time Position Summary: Critical Care
Registered Nurses are responsible for providing nursing care to
assigned patients throughout all stages of treatment in the ICU.
Utilizing theoretical frameworks to guide their practice, the
Registered Nurse will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and
evaluate personalized nursing care in accordance with established
standards for adult and geriatric patients. Requirements:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Must hold a current Oklahoma RN License. Certifications:
Must be certified in BLS and ACLS. These certifications must be
up-to-date before independently caring for patients. NIHSS
certification is required within the first three months for nurses
new to the unit. Additional Requirements: Must complete hospital
and unit-specific nursing competencies within three months of hire
and annually thereafter, submitting documentation to the Nurse
