Job Description Job Description Full-Time Night Shift RN - Medical-Surgical Care Overview: This role is for a Registered Nurse focused on Medical-Surgical care, working full-time during night shifts. The nurse will deliver patient care, collaborate with various departments, and uphold patient confidentiality while following both professional and organizational guidelines. Candidates must possess a nursing degree, an active RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Position Overview: The nursing process will be utilized to ensure effective patient care. The nurse will maintain professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients and assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Coordination of patient care will occur in collaboration with other departments, while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities will be executed in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Details: Qualifications: Required Education: A nursing degree from an accredited institution. License: A valid RN license in the state. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
