Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation New Grads: Welcome Opportunity:
Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Physiatrist to join its
established inpatient rehabilitation team. A 120-bed,
CARF-accredited rehabilitation hospital and the largest facility of
its kind in Arkansas, providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary
inpatient rehabilitation services. The incoming physiatrist will
join an experienced and collaborative care team of rehabilitation
specialists, therapists, nurses, and case managers dedicated to
quality outcomes and patient-centered care. Position
Highlights:Practice Setting: 100% Inpatient Rehabilitation
Facility: Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute, a 120-bed
CARF-accredited hospital System: Part of the Baptist Health system,
encompassing 12 hospitals and over 20 outpatient therapy centers
across Central Arkansas Team: Multidisciplinary collaboration with
therapists, nurses, and case management Focus: Post-acute
rehabilitation for neurologic, orthopedic, and medically complex
conditions Environment: Well-established program with strong
quality metrics and patient satisfaction scores Candidate
Requirements:Board Certified / Board Eligible in Physical Medicine
& Rehabilitation (PM&R) Eligible for or active Arkansas Medical
License Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to
