Location : Mountain Home, AR Pay Rate : $25-42/hour depending on
credentials Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for
24/7 operations) Why This Role Matters As an Occupational Health
Nurse, you’ll be the cornerstone of our facility’s health
program—providing immediate care for illness and injury, promoting
wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your
expertise will directly impact employee health, safety, and overall
workplace performance. What You’ll Do Provide immediate care for
employee injuries and illnesses, including coordinating emergency
response Maintain health surveillance programs (e.g., hearing
conservation, respiratory monitoring) Manage case coordination with
HR, managers, and insurance representatives to facilitate timely
return-to-work Promote health and wellness initiatives to enhance
employee and family wellbeing Conduct ergonomic assessments and
partner with EHS to reduce workplace risks Oversee on-site drug
testing and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain professional certifications and continuing education What
We’re Looking For Current, up-to-date resume Valid Arkansas nursing
license Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience OH
Certification preferred CPR/First Aid certification Strong critical
thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Physically able
to respond to emergencies and occasional travel required Ability to
