Solutions (CTBS) provides exceptional ABA therapy services to
individuals with disabilities throughout the Central Texas region.

principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach independent
skills. Operating from four clinics in Killeen, Temple, Waco, and
Lampasas, CTBS offers a range of services, including individual and
family counseling, parent support groups, and couples counseling.

for clients, team members, and the communities we serve. Role
Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the
Killeen-Temple area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you
will design and oversee behavior analysis services and treatment
plans for clients, conduct assessments, and monitor client
progress. Responsibilities include supervising the implementation
of individualized behavior intervention plans, training and
supporting team members, and collaborating with families to provide
parent education and ensure consistency across settings. You will
play an integral role in facilitating positive change and fostering
skill development for clients and their support networks.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and expertise in Behavior Analysis
and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience in Behavior
Management and Parent Education to effectively collaborate with
families and caregivers Background in Psychology and related
behavioral science disciplines Board Certification as a Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) and relevant licensing Excellent communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience working with
children and individuals with developmental disabilities is highly
desirable
