Provide direct nursing care according to the established patient care plan. Assist in the collection of patient health data and contribute to patient assessment to aid in diagnosis and monitoring. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation for clinical use and healthcare planning. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor each patient's care and health outcomes. Offer educational support and health advice to patients and their families. Monitor patient health status and report any significant changes to the designated supervisor or physician.
