Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a
skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized support
within educational settings. This role involves delivering speech
and language services across multiple school sites with travel
required within the Dover, DE area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students speech and
language abilities. Develop and implement individualized therapy
plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student communication
goals. Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as
appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all
regulatory and school policies. Qualifications: Valid state
licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working within school systems preferred. Strong
assessment and intervention skills for a variety of speech and
language disorders. Ability to manage a caseload across multiple
locations with travel requirements. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Location: Positions based in Dover, DE with
