Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is available for an Occupational Therapist dedicated to supporting students in a school setting. This role requires a professional with a passion for helping children succeed through therapeutic interventions that enhance their physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. Location: Little Rock, AR Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each student Assess student abilities and progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies Provide hands-on therapy sessions and recommend adaptive equipment or techniques Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate credentials to practice in Arkansas Experience working in school environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational accommodations Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with students, families, and school staff Ability and willingness to travel to multiple school sites as needed This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the educational experience and development of students by applying specialized occupational therapy skills in diverse school settings while enjoying the vibrant community of Little Rock.
