Job Description Job Description About the Role: As a Registered
Nurse working the 3N shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every other week
including holidays, you will play a critical role in delivering
high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Your primary focus will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for patients, ensuring their safety and comfort
throughout their treatment journey. You will collaborate closely
with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and
communicate effectively with patients and their families. This
full-time position offers a unique schedule that balances work and
personal time, while providing opportunities for professional

overall success of the healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
employment. Graduation from an accredited nursing program
(Associate's or Bachelor's degree). Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
preferred. Ability to work the specified 12-hour shifts, including
every other weekend and holidays. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Advanced
certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Experience in acute
care, medical-surgical, or specialty nursing units. Strong
familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Demonstrated leadership or preceptorship experience.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and
document findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments
as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses. Develop
and update individualized care plans in collaboration with
healthcare team members. Provide patient and family education
regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge
instructions. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes
in condition, initiating appropriate interventions. Maintain
compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements. Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of
care and effective communication. Utilize electronic health records
to document patient information and care activities. Skills: The
required skills such as patient assessment, medication
administration, and care planning are essential for delivering safe
and effective nursing care on a daily basis. Strong communication
skills enable you to interact compassionately with patients and
collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency
in using electronic health records ensures accurate documentation
and supports continuity of care. Preferred skills like advanced
certifications and leadership experience enhance your ability to
manage complex clinical situations and mentor junior staff.
