Setting: Outpatient Clinic with Limited Inpatient Rounding (ENT
Only) Schedule: Monday Friday, Daytime Clinic Hours Start Date:
Negotiable PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adult
and Geriatric (Pediatrics may apply in Primary Care setting)
Average Daily Volume / Census: Typical clinic volumes based on
specialty; details provided during interview process Admissions &
Rounding: Limited inpatient rounding required for ENT position; Not
Included for Gastroenterology and Primary Care Consults &
Follow-Ups: Yes Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Gastroenterology:
General GI conditions, preventive care, chronic disease management
Otolaryngology: ENT evaluations, follow-up care, and collaborative
surgical support Primary Care: Comprehensive primary care services
including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management

request) Specialty Backup: Multispecialty medical and surgical
support available Support Staff: ENT Clinic: 1 ENT Physician, 1
Audiologist, and 1 additional APP Gastroenterology Clinic: 2
Physicians and 1 additional APP Primary Care Clinic: Collaborative
team of Physicians and APPs Leadership & Reporting Structure:
