physician to joint their outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware!

greater Sussex County area. Physician Owned and Physician Led -
Partnership Opportunities 4 Total Locations 23 Total employees
Group has been in business over 25 years Provider’s Role with the
Company: Internal Medicine Physician Location: Seaford, DE (50 mins
from Dover) Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting Monday -
Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. 100% outpatient. Call: 1 in 6 weekend call.
Video or Phone call only. Estimated Patient Volume: 20 per day
Patient Age: 18 EMR: Cerner PA and NP support staff Assess,
maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the
communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute,
preventive, and chronic disease care. Serve as a role model of
professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care
team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical
support staff to form a high performing team. Provide high-value
care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks,
benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or
therapeutic intervention decisions. Documents all patient care
activities and services provided in the electronic health record.
Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in

$230000.00 Bonuses available - 30% of production profits annually
Sign On Bonus - 5K on Day 1 and 5K at 1 year anniversary.

Background Profile: Internal Medicine Physician Board Certified or
