Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hot Springs National Park, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,868 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in Med/Surg nursing Ability to float to different units as needed Description: Founded in 1954 to meet the medical needs of the local community. The facility features an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU. It has expanded Cardiac Rehab and Outpatient therapy departments. There is a pre and post cardiac catheterization lab area for three catheterization labs. The Med/Surg unit has 40 beds. Patient ratios are 1 nurse to 6 patients. The electronic health record system used is Meditech. The supervisor oversees a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatric patients. A successful candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care.
