Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care Location: Little Rock, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,074 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2-5 years License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS & BLS Must-Have: - Must have ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association. - Must have a valid RN license. Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is accountable for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment. This role requires leadership in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of care. The nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. They delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. The Registered Nurse provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care. Two to five years of experience is required.
