Job Description Outpatient Neurology – Permanent Location: Austin, Texas Setting: Outpatient Clinic (Adults & Teens) Employment Type: W-2 Only PRACTICE OVERVIEW (Quick View) Outpatient Only – No inpatient, no call Patient Population: Mostly adults & teens Coverage Need: Support for overflow from existing physician Autonomy: Provider practices independently after onboarding Training: Conducted in Austin with lead physician Clinical Focus: Neurological exams & assessments Brain injury evaluations & treatment Brain Injury Experience: Preferred EMR: OpenEMR Census: TBD Care Model: Collaborative, value-based care Non-Clinical Expectations: Participation in meetings, business development & community events Supervision: None required SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT Schedule: Monday–Friday Weekends: None Call: None Support Staff: MAs, front desk, and clinic support team LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED) Texas Medical License – in hand or applied DEA License – Required BLS Certification – Required Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible CANDIDATE PROFILE Open to New Grads (no 2027 graduates) Experience Preferred: 2 years (not required) Comfortable working independently after training Strong interest in collaborative, value-based care COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $350,000 Bonus Potential: DOE (discussed directly with client) Malpractice: With TAIL Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available Interested?
