Job Description Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist and Make a Lasting Impact! Are you a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic clinical environment? We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate provider to deliver top-quality OB-GYN services, including clinic coverage, overnight, and weekend call duties. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive setting committed to excellence and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive OB-GYN clinic services four days a week from 8 am to 4 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. - Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage, with a 1:4 call schedule starting Friday at 8 am through Monday at 8 am. - Conduct and interpret fetal monitoring, ultrasounds, NSTs, and maintain an in-house lab. - Collaborate effectively with NP staff and ensure all procedures adhere to quality standards. - Maintain up-to-date certifications including PALS and fetal monitoring, and possess a Quality Letter if applicable for IMLC providers. Required Skills: - Current valid license in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Certification in PALS and fetal monitoring. - Experience with fetal monitoring, ultrasound, NSTs, and in-house lab procedures. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach. Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working with IMLC providers. - Knowledge of hospital protocols involving CNMs. - Previous experience in outpatient clinics and after-hours care. Preferred Education and Experience: - Medical Degree (MD or DO) with valid board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in OB-GYN practice. - Prior experience with overnight and weekend call duties preferred. Other Requirements: - Must have PALS and fetal monitoring certification. - In-house ultrasound and lab proficiency preferred. - Able to work flexible hours required for overnight and weekend coverage. - Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursable expenses covered where applicable.
