Job Description:
Job Description Department: Nursing Administration Shift: Night
Working Hours: 1830-0700 Summary: Role oversees the day-to-day
operations of nursing departments within the hospital, often
managing nursing duties related to patient care delivery and team
work, and acting as a member of the administrative team during
off-hours or overnight shifts, especially when dealing with
emergencies or critical situations. Other information: RN with a
current license in the State of Arkansas. 5 years of experience as
an RN. Experience in Critical Care and/or ED preferred. Computer
skills, good communication skills and good problem solving skills.
BSN or 2 year commitment to complete. Enrolled within 60 days of
accepting position, and quarterly updates including transcripts.
This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
