Shift hours are 6 am to 2 pm with a four on and two off rotating schedule. Foster positive relationships by communicating kindly and professionally with residents, their families, and outside agencies. Assist residents to and from meals and help with mealtime tasks as needed. Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Stay attentive to safety, reporting any concerns and responding promptly in emergencies. Make a difference each day by helping residents enjoy a peaceful, secure, and dignified life. Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas. Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet. Must possess a willingness to work harmoniously with others. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
