provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and
geriatric population. Our clinicians treat a wide range of
diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically
complex cases, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing

caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as dysphagia
management, cognitive rehabilitation, or medically complex care, we
support your clinical strengths and professional interests. Your
Role: As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in this
inpatient hospital setting, you will: * Perform comprehensive
speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing
evaluations * Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based
treatment plans * Provide skilled intervention for dysphagia,
communication disorders, and cognitive deficits * Collaborate
closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/OT teams
* Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and
discharge planning * Complete timely and accurate documentation in
accordance with hospital standards This is an experienced-level
role and is not designed for new graduates. Requirements * Master's
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC-SLP) required * Active Kentucky SLP license (or
eligibility to obtain) * Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
preferred * Prior inpatient or hospital-based experience strongly
preferred * Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage
medically complex patients * Excellent communication and
