At Centerpoint Health in Winchester , H2 Health provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and geriatric population. Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing impairments. Your Role: As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will: * Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations * Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans * Provide skilled intervention for dysphagia, communication disorders, and cognitive deficits * Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/OT teams * Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and discharge planning * Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates. Requirements * Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required * Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) * Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred * Prior inpatient or hospital-based experience strongly preferred * Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients * Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Benefits Why Therapists Choose H2 Health!
