Stellar opportunity in Little Rock, AR with a rapidly expanding, innovative healthcare organization providing outpatient Primary Care to senior citizens. Opportunity details include seeing patients 60 and up exclusively in an office setting, Monday through Friday, with no nights, no weekends, minimal phone call and an average of 12-15 patients per day. Candidates with Value-Based Care/Medicare Advantage experience with ties to the area will be considered right away.$270K+ starting salary range.  No nights, no weekends, Minimal call.  Signing Bonus available up to $20,000.  Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume.  Additional annual retention bonus based on percentage of salary.  Cloud-based electronic health record and technology.  State-of-the-art centers that are newly built.  Full malpractice coverage with tail.  $320k+ yearly earnings potential.
