hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper to support apartment communities in
Austin, TX and surrounding cities . This position is perfect for
someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, organized, and
in top condition! Responsibilities Include: Assisting with unit
turnovers Maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and common
areas Performing light maintenance tasks as needed Trash pickup,
sweeping, and power washing Supporting the maintenance team as
directed Ideal Candidate: Reliable and ready to start immediately
Has previous experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance work
(preferred but not required) Comfortable working both indoors and
outdoors Able to work independently and follow instructions Why
