with our organizational goals. We are seeking a detail-oriented,
highly organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This
role provides technical and administrative HR support, serving as a
key liaison between HR, employees, and managers while supporting
core HR functions and project work. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field Experience with ADP or other automated HRIS platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a
fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication
skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines Demonstrated discretion with
confidential information Customer service mindset with a focus on
resolving employee issues effectively Experience supporting HR
projects or systems implementations Knowledge of payroll systems,
employee data auditing, and HR compliance practices Key
Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee data within ADP
HR/Payroll systems, adhering to policies and data integrity
standards Manage personnel files to ensure compliance with legal
and organizational requirements Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc HR
reports for business leaders Assist with employee changes by
collecting manager documentation and processing updates in ADP
Serve as a resource for managers regarding HR, payroll, and
employee-change processes Respond to employee inquiries, resolving
or escalating as appropriate Ensure timely completion of employee
documentation and workflow steps Respond to external employment
verification and data requests Maintain strict confidentiality of
sensitive HR information Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
