Job Description Job Description We are hiring experienced Fiber Splicers for a high-priority project in San Antonio, TX . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a targeted start date of February 9th. Job Details Pay: $37/hr $2/hr night shift differential Schedule: Day and Night shifts available Monday–Friday 5x10s Location: San Antonio, TX Type: Contract-to-Hire Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Ribbon fiber splicing experience (must be hands-on and recent) Minimum 1 year of dedicated fiber splicing experience 3 years of structured cabling experience , ideally in a data center / data warehouse environment Experience working in ISP & OSP environments Hands-on experience with high-count fiber (3,456–6,912 strand) OSHA 10 certification
