Job Description Job Description URGENT HIRING FOR PICKER AND PACKER ROLE IN HARFORD COUNTY MD The role involves accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery. This hands-on position does not require the use of forklifts or other heavy equipment; all tasks are performed manually with carts and RF scanners. Attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Responsibilities Select and pack products from inventory accurately. Label shipments and prepare orders for nationwide delivery. Use carts and RF scanners for manual tasks. Ensure attention to detail and maintain accuracy. Lift up to 50 lbs as required. Scan, wrap, sort, and prepare orders for shipments. Assist with organizing received material and maintain accurate counts. Keep work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols. Essential Skills Previous warehouse experience preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to accuracy. Experience with RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of warehouse and labeling procedures. Ability to work at a fast but careful pace. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes afternoon shifts from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am and night shifts from 12:00 am to 8:30 am, Monday through Friday. Tasks are performed manually without the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring a safe and clean workspace Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
